Our whole pork share includes one whole butcher hog delivered to a( butcher speicfied at the time of purchase).
This includes approximately
*10 lbs – Fresh or Smoked Ham
*7 lbs – Packs of Smoked Bacon – 1lb per or 1 Pork Belly
*10-12 lbs – Pork Chops
*12-14lbs – Roasts (Picnic and Butt)2-3lbs – 1 Rack of Ribs
*10-12 lbs – Smoked Sausage and/or Ground – This will vary by a few pounds +/-
PRODUCT INFO
Our pork comes from our Forest/pasture raised hogs, that we raise completely on our farms and are treated as our personal freezer fillers. we at Fair River Farmstead take pride in knowing that our pigs are raise in a stress free environment and live a happy life doing what happy pigs should do!
